Sreesanth who spoiled his career by indulging him self in Spot Fixing in IPL 2013, even he was sent for Tihar jail, Sreesanth's brother-in-law popular play back singer Bala krishnan said when Sree was in Tihar jail a known history sheeter attacked on him with a sharp weapon but Sree luckily escaped from him and in this he injured Sree's right hand. Primary investigations are saying that a person from the team with which Sree involved in Spot Fixing planned to assassinate Sree who turned approval for CBI.
